What steps do I need to take at the end of the school year if I use EduTrak's online free & reduced applications?

This article will explain the steps you will need to take at the end of the school year, if you use EduTrak's online free and reduced applications.

There are several steps that need to be taken at the end of each school year and the beginning of the next school year, if you use our online free & reduced applications.

1. When you are ready to have us turn your application off, so it is not available to parents, please submit a support ticket and let us know. Most schools do this on the 2nd to the last day of school or the last day of school. This is done so parents do not apply at the very end of the school year. Benefits for one school year only carry over for 30 days into the next school year. So it is best for parents to wait until July 1st or after to apply for the coming school year.

2. When you are ready to have us turn your application on again so it is available for parents to use, please submit a 2nd support ticket letting us know you would like the application turned back on. At this time, we will also need a copy of your current year's paper application. When you submit the support ticket you will get an email letting you know your support ticket has been received. Please reply to that email with a copy of your paper application.

3. Finally, let us know if the name of the person who is processing your free and reduced applications has changed so we can update our records.
