      U.S States and Direct Certification

      Notes for Direct Certification tools, per State

      Minnesota

      File Upload Format- TXT

      -Local ID on file does not need to match Edutrak ID

      -Matches on Student Full name and DOB- *confirm this with Ryan

      -MN is the only State that has a Direct Certification student assignment tool

      Wisconsin

      File Upload Format- TXT

      *everytime they run a DC file its a full list

      Nebraska-

      File Upload Format- XLSX

      -Matches on Local ID and Edutrak Student ID- these need to match

       

      * If we do not a file upload tool for a particular state, one can be built. We just need a copy of their Direct Certification file.
