You can access the Transactions by Sku Report from the Menu drop-down Reports > Finance Reports > Transactions by Sku by Tender Type. This report gives you a list with access to all the details of any transaction on your ePayTrak store by Sku Number. You can enter a specific Sku to get just that product/class results for the time period of your choice. The printable report version can be exported to a file. We've recently added a Use Product Sku filter to this report. The report is the same as the Transactions by Sku report, only this report shows the Tender Types of the transactions.
You can now find Variant Sku numbers with one search with our new Search filter. I entered AsYou for the Sku and brings up all the options and variants. Considering this is a ticket event, it's showing me all the rows and seats purchased. That might not be helpful so we added the Use Product Sku filter so only the Product Sku shows.
HTML Report
You probably won't want to run the HTML report because it doesn't summarize the tender types or show you sub-totals but does display a link to the order itself.
Printable Report
The Printable Report gives you a printer-friendly report with the Tender Types group with sub-totals. You can export the View Transactions by Sku by Tender Type by clicking on the Select Export Format drop-down. You have many formats to select, including .pdf, Rich Text, .csv and other format types.
NOTE: The Transactions by Sku Report displays Taxes, Shipping and Service Fees on separate line items. Refunds appear on the Refund Date. The new Use Product Sku filter capability for this report is extremely helpful. Coupons aren't displayed or calculated on this report.
