ePayTrak utilizes a database to save all the Users, public and administrative users. However, ePayTrak does NOT save Credit Card information directly on this site, but saves a token to the gateway where the information is stored.
Public Users have no administrative rights, therefore do not have any User Groups assigned to them. An exception to this might be a Group Membership. For security, all admin users will have a group assigned to them, allowing that User to have access to information only that pertains to their User Group. ePayTrak has the ability to limit data access for certain User Groups.
