How to delete or undelete a family account (video tutorial)

This video demonstrates how to delete a family account with students in it and how to undelete a family account. *Students in the family account need to be withdrawn and deleted before you can delete the family account.

*Warning!: deleting family accounts during the school year is only recommended in rare instances. If there are any payments or transactions associated with the family account, DO NOT delete.  Mark the students withdrawn and let the Year-End Process do the deleting at the end of the year. Otherwise, you risk having issues with your reports.
