How to create a credit account

1. Log in to the Edutrak admin site, and go under Financials> Credit account list

2. Select 'Create New credit account'

3. Give the credit account a name

4. Associate the credit account to a family user, family account or student account (this depends on what the credit account is for and per use case by typically you will want to associate it by family account)

5. You can now deposit funds into the credit account

5. To withdraw funds, simply make a negative payment, the credit account lines will log the history of deposits, withdrawals and any refunds made towards the credit accounts. Refunds will show as deposits
