How does a parent remove a credit card they have saved to the Family Site?
To remove a credit card, have the parent sign in to their account and click on the 'Gear' icon for user management.
Under “Funding Sources” click on the 'pen/pencil'.
Click the 'Red X' to remove the existing card.
Important note: When adding a new card, pay close attention to the billing address to be sure the zip/postal code is correct.
For, example:
Zip Code: 55103 is acceptable
Zip Code: 55103-01234 is not acceptable
