Resetting password, by user or by admin

How a user or admin can reset the user's password

A user can reset their own password in EduTrak, which is also used as their eStore/ePayTrak login password:

  • Go to the eStore/ePayTrak Login page, input your username, and click the reset link to reset your password

You will receive an email with a link to reset your password. Follow the prompts.

 

Admin users with certain administrative permissions can click the reset password link under the user account found under People>Users to send the same email to the user:
