How do I record or add multiple menu items at one time / use the multi-item feature in the serving line?

This article will explain how to add multiple menu items in the serving line/use the multi-item feature in the serving line.

There are times you may need to add multiple items in the serving line. One example of this is tracking CEP meals. To do this, log in to your serving line, as seen here:

 

 

Next, click on the Cash Sale button, as seen here:

Then, click the Multi-Item button, as seen here:

Enter the number of meals you wish to record using the keypad, as seen here. (In this example, we will be adding 150 meals.)

 

 

Next, click the check mark, as seen here:

 

 

This will multiply all menu items by the number selected (in this example, 150) as seen here:

 

 

Select the item you wish to record sales for by clicking the menu item button. In this example, we are going to charge 150 Elem Breakfast meals. The meals will show up in the black box, as seen below:

Then, click the green Cash Sale button to record the sales, as seen here:
