How do I post a manual food service payment to a family account?
This article will explain how to post a manual food service payment to a family account.
To post a manual food service payment to a family account, go to the Families tab on the EduTrak Administrative site.
Use the drop-down menu and select "Submit Payments."
Search by family or student name or ID by making the appropriate selection.
Enter the amount of the payment, the payment type, the check number or memo, if desired.
Click "Submit Payment."
A list of the last 25 payments submitted will appear on the log.
To hide the payment log (for privacy purposes) click "Hide Payment Log."
