How do I get a report of students who are approved for benefits via Other Source Categorical (homeless, migrant, foster, runaway, McKinney Vento)?

This article will explain how to generate a report of students who have been approved for benefits via the Other Source Categorical Tool. Examples include homeless, migrant, foster, McKinney Vento, runaway, etc.

 

To generate a report of students who were approved for benefits using the Other Source Categorical Tool (including homeless, migrant, foster, runaway, McKinney Vento, etc) go to the EduTrak District Site>Free and Reduced Tab>Reports.

Click on the blue link for the Free and Reduced Student List.

Select the Free and Reduced types by checking the boxes. Select the desired grades and schools, if necessary. To include all grades and schools, leave the check-boxes empty.

Ignore the date range unless there is something specific you need.
