SFS-Creating Fee Items

How to create a Fee Item.

1. Sign onto the District Site

 

2. Go to ITEMS > Fee Items

 

3. Fee Item List Box: Click on Add New Fee Item

 

 

4. Editing Existing Fee Item: Here you can add the following:

Fee Item Name: Name of Fee

Description: Description of Fee

Program year: select the School year this Fee is for ex. 26-27 SY

SKU #: SKU Number

Price: Price, Free and Reduced price can be added here as well by checking the Free and Reduced Price Active:

 

Form Data types (forms created):  Forms created that can be tie to Fees

How to add Form to a Fee

 

Quantity: Can input quantity, leave blank if there's no limit to Fee item

School: Select what school Fee is for

Grades: Select which grades Fee is for

 

 

For, example: Chromebook

 

 

5. Assigned Fee or Optional- Determine whether the fee item will be Optional or Assigned- optional will mean it will be available to any student who meets fee criteria in user services.

Once the family  user selects an optional fee- it becomes an assigned fee unless the family user deletes the fee by clicking on the garbage icon next to it
