This article will explain how cash sales appear on your reports.
Cash sales are reported on the Cash Sales and Payments Report. This report is found on the LCS1000>Reports tab.

Cash sales are also reported on the Daily Summary Report. An example is shown below:
On your Monthly Summary Report, cash sales can be reported two different ways. This is based on your preferred line setup. The line setup is found in the LCS1000>Lines>Line Definitions.
Select the Meal Type.
You have the option of having your cash sales be reported separately or on the same report as the school. To make changes, click (Edit).
