When can Support refund Processing Fees?

When can support can refund processing fees

Refunding Processing Fees

Regardless of bank, you can refund processing fees when the payment failed due to NSF, or other similar cases.

For requests from parents to refund only the processing fees of a successful order:

Using the orders report, under select bank account, you can tell if the money goes to the school’s bank account. But if it says ePay Service Fee bank then the money is going to our bank (Zero cost model).

In the cases where the processing fees are going to their bank account, it is completely up to the school to decide and they need to let us know if they want them refunded and we can issue them.

If it is our bank and the payment was done and it was our error, then we will refund the processing fee. If the parents just over paid or made an error, the processing fee can not be refunded.

For Challenger specifically we never do anything unless JoDee specifically asks us to do it. Otherwise, JoDee has the EduTrak staff permission set and can do the refunds.
