Setting Limits through the Parent Sign On Using PowerSchool-SSO

Start by logging in to your PowerSchool Parent Portal and click on button to go EduTrak to make your payments. It is usually labelled “Pay Now” or “Go to EduTrak”

Navigate to Nutrition/Lunch.

Then click on the “Show Details” to the right of the student you are setting limits for.

Then click on Customize Student Settings

On the next screen, you can set a daily limit by meal period, as well as grant or deny your student access to the A La Carte lines for extras.

In this example, Eli would be able to spend $5 each day for breakfast and $8 per day for lunch. He will not be permitted to purchase anything extra at breakfast, but he can at lunch.

The pin code is only used in schools that have vending machines linked to our system.

You use the drop-down menu for student name to switch to another child and repeat the process of setting limits and line access in the same manner.
