Product by Accounting Code Report

Many schools requested to get a simple look at their products to make sure they are in the correct Accounting Code. We've created the Product by Accounting Code Report to do just that. You can access the Product by Accounting Code Report from the Menu drop-down of Reports > Finance Reports > Product by Accounting Code. This report that gives you a list of your products by Product Name, Sku, Accounting Code and Code Description.

 

 
The image above shows the result if you click Search with no Accounting Code. All your products will appear. You can easily scan this page to see if there are any blank spaces which display missing information. You can check the codes or code descriptions on one page.
 
You can search by Accounting code. Enter the Code at the top and click the Search button. This helps narrow your search as only the products in that accounting code will display.
