Ticket Reports

There are five ticket reports available in ePayTrak. General Admission ticketing is available at this time, reserved seating a possible future enhancement.

This chapter covers the following Ticket reports available in ePayTrak:

Ticket Door Report - This report shows the count of tickets that were scanned by Door Entry scanners.

Box Office Report - A report designed to display same day sales for Ticket events.
Ticket Seat Details - This report will show each and every seat that was sold for a show

Ticket Count by Show - This report will easily show how many tickets were sold by show in a very quick snapshot.
Will Call Report - A ticketing report designed to show customers who selected the Will Call ticket option during a ticket event transaction.
