Billing-How to Assign a Contract to a Student/s
Step 1 — Log In to the EduTrak Admin Site
Step 2 — Navigate to Students > Batch Edit From the main navigation, go to Students > Batch Edit.
Step 3 — Search for Your Student(s)
Use the Search & Filters to find the student or group of students you want to assign a contract to, then hit Enter to load your search results.

Step 4 — Configure Your Batch Action
Under the Batch Action dropdown, select Assign Tuition Contract. Under the Apply To dropdown, select either Selected Only (if using checkboxes) or Entire Filter List — pay attention to how many students the action will be applied to.

Step 5 — Run the Batch Action
Click Run Batch Action — this will take you to the Contract Templates page where you can select the contract template you want to assign to your student(s).

Step 6 — Set Your Contract Dates Your templates should already be set up at this point. The only thing to add is your contract Start Date and End Date. Think of these dates as the "lifespan" of the contract — when it should begin and when it should end. Your school year dates or the timespan allotted to pay off the contract are a good way to choose these dates.

Step 7 — (Optional) Assign Contract as Hidden If you want to keep the contract hidden from the parent interface at the time of assigning, check the "Assign Contract as Hidden" box.

Step 8 — Assign the Contract Click Assign Contract. Once successfully assigned, a green confirmation banner will briefly appear at the top of the page.
