How do I know who the food service low balance email notifications will go to?
This article will explain how the low balance emails go out to families with a food service balance.
A common question we receive is how do I know who the food service low balance emails are going out to?
The EduTrak software will first look at the Family Contact List box. If there are any emails in the Family Contact List box, the low balance emails will go to any/all emails in that box. Alternatively, if there are NO emails in the Family Contact List box, the software will look at the Family Acct box and send the email in that box, if there is one. But, if will NOT send to both.
